Sad or Mad RESET//Omi's Left Hand: this guided breathing exercise helps you let go of any negative thoughts by teaching kids to "blow out" their bad feelings.

30 SECOND RESET//OMi's Right Foot: sometimes we are just to busy in our day, but that's when bite-sized mindfulness is most important! Omi invites kids to re-center by saying "let's breathe together" and guides them to enjoy 3 deep breaths.

CALM MUSIC//Omi's Left Foot: this setting helps soothe children when they need a moment to feel calm and relaxed. No instructions needed.

The name Omi comes from the word ‘Om’.

When ‘om’ is repeated during yoga or mindful practices, it is believed to have a calming effect on the body and nervous system.
